Important Note for First-Time Customers

All Fanbrick products are original, authorized MOC (My Own Creation) designs — not standard retail sets. Each set includes official designer instructions and all sorted parts.

Absolutely. We deliver to the vast majority of countries around the world. If your location isn't serviceable, we'll reach out within 1–2 business days after you place your order.

We work with several reliable shipping partners and choose the most suitable carrier for you based on your location, chosen shipping method, and delivery speed.

Yes, express shipping is offered at an extra cost. Keep in mind that express packages are more likely to go through customs checks, which may lead to additional import fees or taxes. Just email us at service@fanbrick.com, and we'll help arrange it.

Delivery estimates come from our carriers. Sometimes unexpected situations like bad weather, natural disasters, or customs delays can cause holdups that are beyond our control.

Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use that number to follow your package's journey on the carrier's website.
