Fanbrick provides free replacement parts for missing or defective items in all licensed MOC building block sets.

Individual Parts Missing / Defective
- 1 Circle the missing or defective parts on your instruction manual and note the quantity you need.
- 2 Take a clear photo or screenshot.
- 3 Send it to our support email: service@fanbrick.com

Whole Sealed Bags Missing
- 1 Collect all unopened bags included in your package.
- 2 Take photos of all bags and the label/barcode on the product box.
- 3 Send the photos to: service@fanbrick.com
Important Notes
- Free parts service is valid for 6 months from the order date.
- Abusive or fraudulent requests for free parts will not be approved.
