Fanbrick Provides Free Replacement Parts for missing or defective items in all licensed MOC building block sets.

How to Get Free Replacement Parts？

1. Individual Parts Missing / Defective

1）Circle the missing or defective parts on your instruction manual and note the quantity you need.

2）Take a clear photo or screenshot.

3）Send it to our support email: service@fanbrick.com

2. Whole Sealed Bags Missing

1）Collect all unopened bags included in your package.

2）Take photos of all bags and the label/barcode on the product box.

3）Send the photos to: service@fanbrick.com

We will review your request promptly and provide the best solution as soon as possible.

Important Notes：

1. Free parts service is valid for 6 months from the order date.

2. Abusive or fraudulent requests for free parts will not be approved.
