All MOC sets, building blocks, and designs are officially licensed or original to Fanbrick.

All trademarks, designs, images, and content on Fanbrick.com are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 24–48 business days when in stock.

Shipping times vary by location and carrier.

The buyer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

5. Returns, Refunds & Missing Parts

Returns are accepted for unused, unopened, undamaged items within the stated return period.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.

Missing or defective parts qualify for free replacement.

Final approval of returns, refunds, and replacements is at Fanbrick’s discretion.

6. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

You may not engage in fraud, harassment, data scraping, or unauthorized commercial use.

You may not infringe on the rights of designers, Fanbrick, or third parties.
