It possesses significant collectible and recreational value.

Background:
Rockefeller Center, located in Midtown Manhattan, New York City, between 48th and 51st Streets, occupies 22 acres (8.9 hectares) and comprises 19 commercial buildings. The original 14 Art buildings, commissioned by the Rockefeller family, span Fifth and Sixth Avenues, separated by a large sunken plaza and a private street called Rockefeller Plaza. Later expansions included 75 Rockefeller Plaza, located at the north end of Rockefeller Plaza across 51st Street, and four International Style buildings on the west side of Sixth Avenue.
