MOC-84752 Maquette de Penthouse en Petites Briques par BrickArtisan (818 Pièces)

I originally purchased this as an add-on for another modular project, but it ended up becoming one of my favorite sections. The architectural style blends nicely with surrounding buildings while still having its own identity. I especially enjoyed the rooftop construction because it introduced some creative building techniques without becoming overly complicated. The final model looks fantastic from multiple viewing angles and photographs very well in city layouts.

The completed penthouse looks impressive on a shelf and adds height to any modular collection. Even visitors who are not building block fans often notice it first.

As someone who collects custom modular buildings, I'm always looking for models that offer both a fun building process and strong display value. This penthouse delivers on both fronts. The piece count is manageable, yet the finished structure feels substantial. I appreciated how naturally it integrates with larger modular projects, especially the Sit-Complex series. Although the set doesn't include printed elements or minifigures, the strength of the design easily compensates for that. The overall presentation is clean, detailed, and highly rewarding once completed. I would happily purchase more expansion modules designed in this style.

I was surprised by how much detail BrickArtisan managed to fit into this relatively small floor module. Every section feels purposeful, and the rooftop elements create a premium look. It took me only a few hours to complete, but the finished result looks like a much larger and more expensive set.

After finishing the main Sit-Complex building, I felt something was missing at the top. This penthouse solved that perfectly. The rooftop design adds an extra layer of realism and gives the entire structure a much more complete appearance. The build itself was enjoyable, with plenty of interesting techniques and satisfying details. Once assembled, it became one of the most eye-catching sections of my modular display.

The parts fit together very well and the instructions were easy to follow. I didn't run into any confusing steps, which made the whole process relaxing and enjoyable. A great choice for anyone who likes modular buildings.
