Replacement Parts for Missing / Damaged MOC Bricks
If your MOC brick set arrives with missing or damaged pieces, please follow the steps below to request replacements:
Information Required:
1) Order number
2) Missing / damaged part number (as listed in the instruction manual)
3) Required quantity and color
4) Clear photo of the missing part or its packaging
How to Submit Your Request:
